The ambition: to identify how the HLU journey, in combination with a set of other resources and ingredients, transforms the leadership practices of executives and helps to develop their power to act.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cb582c2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"cb582c2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Two complementary aspects<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-392dc78 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"392dc78\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ol><li><strong>Impact study (available January 2026)<\/strong><br>This first part analyzes, two years after the training, the concrete effects of the program:<\/li><\/ol><ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><li><strong>Among leaders<\/strong>: knowledge, skills, and interpersonal skills acquired and mobilized in their daily practice.<\/li><li><strong>Within the company<\/strong>: new ways of working, consideration of environmental and social issues, in order to make the company more contributing.<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The methodology combines:<\/p><ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><li><strong>Questionnaires<\/strong> were sent to the relevant cohorts to assess skills and practices.<\/li><li><strong>Interviews and observations<\/strong> with a group of volunteer leaders, to explore in depth the application of the acquired knowledge.<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The results will be the subject of an <strong>impact study report<\/strong>, intended to inform HLU&#8217;s strategic directions.<\/p><ol start=\"2\"><li><strong>Sociological action research (available January 2026)<\/strong><br>The second part focuses on <strong>the power to act<\/strong> of leaders: how do they develop their capacity to transform their organizations?<\/li><\/ol><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Based on the data from the impact study, the investigation explores:<\/p><ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><li>The resources and &#8220;capabilities&#8221; mobilized to act in favor of social, societal and ecological sustainability in the work of the leader.<\/li><li>The tensions, obstacles or attachments that hinder or support this process.<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This step relies on:<\/p><ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><li>In-depth sociological interviews<\/li><li>In-depth sociological interviews;
