    1. To measure the importance and necessity of a true anticipation and management of crises<\/strong><\/strong>: from upstream risk identification, to hot control, to resilience, to the complete REX allowing the organization to progress. <\/span><\/strong><\/li><\/ol>
      1. Evaluate your own profile and skills<\/span><\/strong> <\/span><\/b><\/span>of “decision-makers in times of crisis”<\/span><\/strong> <\/span><\/strong>: Identify your strengths and areas for improvement,<\/span><\/strong> <\/span><\/b><\/span>to have recommendations for progress<\/span><\/strong> <\/span><\/strong><\/li><\/ol>
        1. Practicing the fundamentals of crisis management in a complex<\/strong>, major crisis situation during a crisis cell simulation workshop<\/strong>. <\/li>
        2. To experience a period of personal debriefing to better integrate the knowledge, skills and also interpersonal skills<\/strong><\/strong> relevant to crisis management for one’s company. <\/li><\/ol>
