The Masterclass \u201cIntroduction to strategic foresight and early warning on geopolitical issues\u201d is a new essential content offered by HLU to SME-ETI leaders.<\/p>

In 2026, international conflicts and reconfigurations are major, at an increased speed and with a very strong impact on our businesses in France in all sectors of activity. <\/p>

In the midst of the “fog of war,” in order to be less vulnerable and to make robust decisions, every leader currently needs to anticipate.<\/p>

He can no longer ignore or delegate this role of “vision” of the world to come: he needs to effectively decipher a complex and changing global environment, in order to make strategic decisions and shape the future. <\/p>

HLU has chosen to invite H\u00e9l\u00e8ne Lavoix, a seasoned expert speaker, to lead a Masterclass with a theoretical and practical<\/strong> dimension.<\/p>

Participating leaders will be able to:<\/p>

-to share and understand why strategic foresight is essential, and what robust methods allow for early warning, and therefore, anticipation<\/p>

-to develop their know-how, during a practical workshop, and to build in a group a graph on a key issue.<\/p>
