We are very pleased to announce the signing of the partnership between our two organizations this Monday, December 1, 2025, by Helene Le Teno<\/a>, President of Heart Leadership University<\/a> and Olivier Lamarque<\/a>, Managing Director of R\u00e9seau Entreprendre<\/a>\u00ae.<\/p>\n

Over the past two years, HLU and R\u00e9seau Entreprendre\u00ae have gotten to know each other and have forged strong links with a growing community of synergistic actors who contribute to a metamorphosis of leaders, and ensure that they nurture their strategic vision and support their transition “from heart to action”.<\/p>\n

To strengthen their leadership development program, HLU and R\u00e9seau Entreprendre\u00ae have formalized a multi-year partnership aimed at:
– Supporting leaders in transforming their leadership style by integrating approaches that foster empathy, intuition, and courage;
\n– Enhancing R\u00e9seau Entreprendre\u00ae’s support programs with exclusive modules co-designed with HLU, particularly to promote businesses with a positive impact;
\n– Creating learning and sharing spaces for pioneering entrepreneurs to foster the emergence of new forms of leadership.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis partnership represents a major step towards spreading leadership aligned with strong and humanistic values, to address the growing number of challenges and uncertainties: widening inequalities, the rise of artificial intelligence, exceeding planetary boundaries\u2026 We are convinced that a leader inspired by life and driven by heart is a leader who strengthens the robustness of their organization,\u201d says H\u00e9l\u00e8ne Le T\u00e9no.<\/p>\n

\u201cOur award winners and members will benefit from valuable input to strengthen their leadership skills. By collaborating with Heart Leadership University, we offer even more comprehensive support focused on positive impact and resilience,\u201d adds Olivier Lamarque.<\/p>\n

\ud83d\uddd3\ufe0f Next steps:
\nSeveral programs have been carried out jointly since 2024, including action-research workshops on the theme: “Artificial Intelligence, ally or risk for leaders? What are the appropriate uses? What place will intuition, courage and empathy have tomorrow?”, and also the preparation of the HLU Book Prize with a jury and an awards ceremony in which R\u00e9seau Entreprendre\u00ae participated in 2025.<\/p>\n

We will continue these programs and launch new operations in 2026: debate mornings in Paris and in the regions, a series of workshops reserved for entrepreneurs supported by R\u00e9seau Entreprendre\u00ae, or a Masterclass program dedicated to leaders wishing to deepen their “heart leadership”.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
