MasterClass: Explore your uniqueness in the age of AI – Tuesday, April 21, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM – Fully booked

HLU invites Lauren Ducrey, a French-American expert, to lead a stimulating, thought-provoking and educational MasterClass at the intersection of human and machine.
This day has been designed to allow you to:
  • To clarify, as a business leader, the very nature, the profound essence, of your unique human leadership.
  • to discover how generative and conversational AIs have evolved recently, and how to distinguish the illusion of authenticity (carefully modeled and simulated) from “true creativity,” and even from poetry… or to discover that some AIs have a surprising and perhaps disturbing poetic potential
  • to work towards preserving what makes us human – free, authentic, sensitive, endowed with intentionality and responsibility – in a world of AIs
  • refine your “appropriate use of AI”, both personally in your role as a manager, and through your strategic choices for the company
The program for this MasterClass includes:
  • a sharing of the challenges of AI development (stakeholders, opportunities, risks, ethical dilemmas) based on HLU expert resources and exchange within the group of participating leaders
  • a personal exploration based on Lauren’s life story: from her excellent literary training to her incredible professional experiences (e.g., her role at Google in configuring conversational AI for several French-speaking countries, according to the linguistic and cultural specificities of these countries), and then to her current activities, at the unlikely intersection of poetry and AI.
  • A practical workshop, “Irreplaceably Human”: you will produce your own poetic “Humanifesto”—your personal manifesto of your mission at work—using a custom-built AI programmed by Lauren.
  • a group discussion following this unusual experience, and work on your convictions (on the evolution of human-machine relations, on what is essential to you), then on your strategic orientations, based on economic rationality and on your convictions!
