HLU and the Centre des Jeunes Dirigeants (CJD) sign a partnership

On 2 April 2024, Hélène le Téno, President of HLU, and Mélanie Berger, National President of the CJD, signed a partnership agreement enabling the two associations to join forces with a common objective: to put the heart back into the economy to preserve our humanity in the face of the challenges of the 21st century.

Why this partnership?

Firstly, because HLU and the CJD share common objectives, including putting people at the heart of leadership.

The CJD was founded in 1938 and today brings together nearly 7,000 young managers who want to contribute to an economy that serves people rather than the other way round.

HLU, with its young history, has already enabled three classes of leaders to develop their intelligence of the heart (intuition, courage, empathy) thanks to the immersive ‘Straight from the heart’ course. Our Research division is also behind four studies on leadership, and a new study on the impact of AI on executive decision-making is currently underway.

Synergies and complementarities to develop and enrich the activities of both associations.

Joint events are being considered, and the CJD will already be a partner in the annual event on 12 June 2024, with AI and its impact on executive decision-making as the main theme.
